For ThanksBoss, a recruitment platform, I led a strategic redesign focused on mental health. The goal was to transform a functional but impersonal platform into a human-centered experience that integrates AI seamlessly while supporting users’ wellbeing throughout the hiring journey.
Challenge
I identified that the platform’s AI-driven recruitment process lacked a human and emotional dimension, and proposed integrating mental health and wellbeing to create a more supportive experience.
Goal
The redesign delivered a cohesive prototype and inspired a strategic shift toward empathy-driven product thinking within the team.
Result
I redefined the product strategy and design system to reduce user stress, build confidence, and craft a professional yet empathetic experience.
